Returning to Bosconia: Building Brighter Futures with Teachers and Students (2025 Visit)
This year, we had the joy of returning to Bosconia, Colombia — a place that has become close to our hearts. The warm smiles, the spirit of the youth, and the dedication of the educators remind us why we do what we do.
During this trip, Rosa led a special training session for teachers at Don Bosco School, equipping them with practical skills to better integrate technology into their classrooms. Her sessions focused on digital literacy, classroom engagement tools, and simple ways to inspire students through tech-based learning.
At the same time, I had the honor of donating a high-quality drone and a projector to the school, tools that will help them create promotional materials, document events, and enhance visual learning for students. I also spent time visiting each classroom, speaking with the students about the importance of learning, curiosity, and faith in their journey toward a brighter future.
One of the highlights was teaching the youth how to operate the drone, giving them a hands-on experience with modern technology and reinforcing practical tech skills that build confidence and career curiosity.
As we look forward to 2026, we plan to begin teaching the youth the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI), helping them not just use technology, but understand and create with it.
Through these visits, Kids Teck Inc. continues its commitment to empowering young minds with access, knowledge, and hope, one community at a time.
